Support hours exclude weekends and Dutch public holidays. Messages received outside these hours are handled on the next business day.
Service availability
FinishLine Forecast runs on Atlassian Forge (Runs on Atlassian). Forecast computation and app storage stay in Atlassian’s cloud for your Jira site. Hosthob does not operate a separate production hosting endpoint for issue or forecast data.
- App availability tracks Jira Cloud and Atlassian Forge platform availability.
- There is no Hosthob-operated external remote / egress path for forecast data.
- Material product changes that affect support contact or availability are reflected on this page and in the product documentation.

Support agreement (SLA)
Hosthob Corp provides email support for FinishLine Forecast during the hours above. Targets below are business-hour commitments for licensed and trial Marketplace customers.

Resolution time varies with root cause (app defect vs. project data quality vs. Atlassian platform). We keep you updated until the issue is closed or a workaround is agreed.
What to include in a support request
- Jira Cloud site hostname
- Project key
- Time of the issue (with timezone)
- License type (trial / paid)
- Short description or screenshot of the Forecast page state
- Mark Critical issues with “urgent” in the subject line
