WooCommerce plugin

BundleFlow

Configurable product bundles that become real WooCommerce order lines with original SKUs — built for ERP, WMS, and fulfillment.

Why BundleFlow

Real SKUs on every order line.

Most bundle plugins invent a fake parent SKU. BundleFlow does the opposite: each selected component is a normal WooCommerce cart item and order line — original product ID, SKU, stock, and tax class.

That matters if you sync orders to ERP, WMS, accounting, or inventory tools that expect real products — not a synthetic “bundle” line.

How it works

From product editor to fulfillment-ready orders.

  1. 01

    Configure groups

Mark a product as a BundleFlow bundle and define selection groups (shirt, pants, add-ons).

  2. 02

    Customers build the kit

The storefront configurator enforces required / min / max rules while they pick components.

  3. 03

    Real cart lines

Each selected product is added as a normal WooCommerce cart item — original ID, SKU, stock, tax.

  4. 04

    Discount allocated

Percentage discounts are split proportionally across lines with deterministic rounding.

  5. 05

    Orders stay ERP-ready

Checkout creates ordinary order lines. External systems see real SKUs — no fake parent SKU.

Features

Everything in the free plugin.

BundleFlow free is a complete storefront and order path — not a trial. Pro adds advanced merchant workflows on top.

Real order-line SKUs

No invented bundle SKU. Components stay as normal WooCommerce products for ERP, WMS, and 3PL sync.

Selection groups

Required, optional, min, and max rules per group — configured in the product editor.

Storefront configurator

Customers assemble the bundle on the product page with live server-side pricing.

Proportional discounts

Percentage discounts distribute across component lines so totals match exactly.

Cart grouping

Bundle instances stay visually grouped. Remove one component and the whole instance clears.

HPOS & privacy

Compatible with WooCommerce High-Performance Order Storage. No tracking or phone-home.
